2. Laughter for Stress Relief - Includes health benefits of laughter and laughter yoga cards . Feel the stress leave melt away with this fun engaging group activity.

• Promote stress relief through the use of laughter
• Increase endorphins and oxygen uptake through laughter
• Promote community and relationships with others through shared laughter
experiences.
